Copyright and privacy

All the content on this site — texts, teaching materials, workshops, photos, illustrations and the mascot Pequeno Jaguá — belongs to Pequena Tribo and is protected by copyright.

All photos, illustrations, texts and materials published on this site belong to Pequena Tribo, an initiative of the Instituto Jonas Masetti (Associação Indo-Brasileira de Vedanta Yoga).

Using this material without the express permission of Pequena Tribo is prohibited. Anyone authorized to use it must credit it properly, naming Pequena Tribo as the source and author of the content.

Terms of use for our material

The teaching materials and the content in the restricted area are meant for internal use by the Pequena Tribo team and its authorized partners. Reproducing, distributing or adapting the content, in whole or in part, requires prior written permission.

Terms of use of this site

Access to this site is open and free of charge. By browsing it, you agree to use the information and materials published here in good faith: without trying to enter the restricted area without permission, without reproducing the content for your own or commercial use, and without sending offensive or unlawful messages through the forms, or details about other people that you are not authorized to share.

Pequena Tribo may change these terms and the privacy policy at any time, to keep up with changes in the project or in the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the end of the text.

Privacy policy

Pequena Tribo respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site, and takes particular care to protect the personal data of children and teenagers.

Every image of a child published on this site and on our other channels has been authorized in advance by the child's parent or guardian. We do not publish names, addresses or any other individual details that would make it possible to identify the children in the project.

The details you type into the forms on this site — name, email, phone number and whatever you choose to tell us — are used only to answer you and to take that particular matter forward: a family interested in the project, a donation, a job application or a partnership proposal. We do not use these details for anything else and we do not send out mailings.

This site keeps no database of visitors: nothing you write is stored on our servers. Messages from the forms are delivered straight to the coordination team's inbox, and that is where they stay while the matter is being dealt with.

To process donations, the details needed for the charge are shared with Asaas, the company that handles the payment. Messages sent through the site's forms are delivered to our team by an email forwarding service, which processes those details only in order to deliver them. Beyond that, we do not share data with third parties without consent, in line with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

Access to the messages we receive is restricted to a small group in the Pequena Tribo coordination team — only the people who need to answer that particular matter.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no audience measurement or advertising tools. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixel and no service that follows your browsing. The only thing kept in your browser is a note that you have signed in to the restricted area, and only when you yourself choose “Lembrar de mim” (Remember me) on the login screen — it is erased when you click “Sair” (Log out).

The person in charge of personal data processing, as required by article 41 of the LGPD, is Rodrigo Ribas. To request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or to raise any privacy matter, write to rodrigo@vedanta.life.
